We commit slowly. When we commit, we stay. Partnerships that are not working are ended honestly and early.
Universities, training programs, and employer partners. The Foundation looks for institutions willing to open a door — an internship cohort, a campus pathway, a guaranteed interview — for program graduates. We commit slowly and stay long.
Senior practitioners willing to mentor a cohort of scholars or Bridge fellows. Two hours a week, six months, small group. The Foundation handles logistics; operators bring candour about what working life actually looks like.
Individuals or families who fund a named cohort or program category. NGN 350,000 covers one undergraduate scholarship. The Foundation can structure multi-year commitments. There is no naming right attached to individual scholars.
